A passion for music and public service
For 25 years, I have been using my entrepreneurial instincts to make waves in the fields of government, nonprofit management, and arts education.
As a lifelong musician, public servant, and proud daughter of an educator who believed “education is the noblest profession,” I have found my greatest joy in combining my passions in the creation of a nonprofit organization, the Harmony Program, that supports the academic and social development of under-served youth through the study and performance of music.
Having built this organization from the ground up and managed its development for more than a decade, I draw great satisfaction from guiding and supporting those who are driven by a vision of social change. An experienced mentor, consultant, writer, presenter, and all around cheerleader for aspiring entrepreneurs, I help others leverage their unique combination of interests and experiences to build and strengthen their communities.
I look forward to hearing from you and working together to make the world a better place.
"Anne lit a fire under our arts-in-education class at Juilliard."

"Anne Fitzgibbon's powerful commencement address at Mannes School of Music in 2018 focused on community, outreach, and music. In all my years of being a musician I have never had a message resonate with me in the way that hers did. Her inspiring remarks on charity and the effect that music can have on our communities will forever be with me."
-Justin Rosin, Musician
